Tea and Oatmeal

The diet is back in full swing, even after pizza Friday at work. I'm currently down almost 20 lbs. My calorie cutting was helping to control the weight, but I had plateaued at 14 lbs a while back and frozen there. The gym workouts have definitely made the difference for me.

Thinking back to my first major foray into weightloss, I remembered that tea was a big part of my liquid intake and I hadn't done much with it this time around. So today I am trying my first Chai Tea drink.

Hopefully this little jump will get the weight tumbling off just a bit faster. The gym is certainly doing it's job, now I just have to do mine.
